You can access Bill Pay within Internet Banking. Below is a brief overview of the features available:

E-Bill Presentment: This option provides you with the ability to view electronically presented bills for any of your top payees. You can create rules to pay all or part of a bill automatically. When you first log in to Bill Pay you will see your Bill Inbox and Outbox where your electronically presented bills, as well as your current outgoing payments, are displayed.

Make Payments to Any Payee: Here you can schedule additional bills to be paid online including current day, one-time, future, and recurring.

Payee Management: This option shows all of your payees, the e-bill status, payment category, and payment options. You can access payee details, payment history, and view an image of your most recent bill from this screen. You can also select different accounts to fund bills for individual payees.
